We are happy to offer chair yoga once again! Enjoy all the benefits of a gentle, mindful yoga class from your chair. Yoga practice enhances respiration, improves circulation, calms the nervous system, develops mental clarity and fosters a sense of well-being. Gentle movement guided by the breath stimulates and strengthens our bodies and allow for release of tension. Standing poses will also be introduced using the chair as a prop. In these uncertain times, yoga practice gives us the opportunity to pause, reflect, care for ourselves and be in community with one another. Classes are taught by MWC Member and trained yoga instructor, Maggie Joralemon.
