Mondays at Noon (March 30th through May 18th)
Join us for a gentle and accessible Virtual Chair Yoga session every Monday at noon from March 30 through May 18, led by Montclair Women’s Club member and certified instructor Maggie Joralemon. This class is designed for all levels and focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and relaxation—all from the comfort of you own chair. It’s a wonderful way to reset midday, reduce stress, and support overall well-being without needing to get up or down from the floor. All are welcome, members and non-members alike, so feel free to forward this email to anyone you think would benefit! Indeed, we’ve had participants from MA, AZ as well as NJ and other states.
Come as you are and enjoy a mindful, supportive practice each week.
NOTE: Maggie generously offers virtual chair yoga through the Montclair Women’s Club as a “karma” class. There is no charge, however, donations are gratefully accepted by the club.
